Roll Call. Inside 30 days. Memphis Variety Club Barbecue Bash

The Gridiron Grillers will be there. Along with a new team - TnT Smokers. Had a couple of guys who were with us and have started their own team. Always good to see the sport grow!

Variety Club is a great event. This will be our 3rd year. From what I hear, lots of big names coming in this year. I'll be at the meeting Wednesday night and will pass on any good info.

Well the GridironGrillers team will be at the VC BBQ contest but our brisket guy who posts on here as GridironGriller will not be there. His father is in the hospital so we are 1 man down. We did the setup today. Look for the red and white 20x20 tent with the University of Memphis flags. Supposedly all three teams that got 1st place in MIM will be there. I do know that they capped out with 60 KCBS teams and 11 backyard teams. This should be a great weekend
