I was gonna Smoke these tomoroow but I got Hungary for some Pig Ribs so they'll be Good Eating about 10 PM. :biggrin1:

KBB n Hickory - Too many Chunks? I think Not......o0f course more KBB went on top of these Chunks.

Country style ribs are some of the best you can do IMO. Tuned in.
 
2.5 hrs in - went ahead and wrapped them in foil with Sweet Baby Rays thinned with Apple Juice- I had ran to store and UDS climbed to 370* but it's back down to 310* now. :mrgreen: I'll let them go 45 minutes - 1 hr so it'll only be 9 not 10 PM when I Chow Down!!
 
3 hrs 15 minutes - 2.5 hrs in Smoke, 45 Minutes n foil, 30 minutes rest = Deliscousness! :mrgreen:
 
That McCormick Applewood Rub is actually on the Spicy side. :wink:

 
Looks good. Let us know tomorrow who the heartburn is treating you after eating those at that time of night. :-D
 
looks great!! that is what I have in mind... you like those McCormick rubs?
 
I love CSR though I usually get Butt cut. I have been cubing mine and wrapping in bacon. Because you can take the country ribs up so high, the bacon has time to crisps nicely.

Applewood rub is great !!!!!!

Test it out on a pan of tater chunks w/ butter & bacon fat, little smoke & you over !!!!!
