Had a stay at home vacation and had a chance for a nice couple of cooks with some much needed R&R. I will be adding these to the Throwdown for the Vets. Thanks for looking.

Nice couple of cooks there! I also like to take a week off and just relax and do nothing but smoke a few meals.
 
That all looks great! The chuck is the best that I have seen. You can have the raspberry tea and pass the Guinness over here! :clap2::laugh:
