Wife made some Mac and cheese plus a pan of peppers and onions. Smoked 3 racks of spares to go with it and pass some out to neighbors.

Well, I had planned on entering. But, I guess I left them too long, maybe cooked too hot. These literally fell off the bone. Still taste great but not much to look at. Even made some BBQ beans and potatoes in Duck fat. Oh well. Guess I'll have to try again.
