Central location for "Roadmaps"

Please let me know if I am missing something, but being somewhat new to the forum I have found the "Roadmaps" to be invaluable. Unfortunately, sometimes they are hard to find, and several I have just stumbled across. would it make sense/be possible to have a central repository maybe called "Roadmaps" as an access point for all of these tools? Perhaps when an individuals develops a "Roadmap" it could be submitted to a moderator for review and if it is acceptable then it would be placed in that section. I saw something like this but I'm having trouble finding it again....maybe it's there and just needs to be a "sticky" somewhere.
