A while back i found a chicken wing recipe on here that someone posted where they smoked some wings in a foil pan. If i remember right, the wings were dry rubbed with ancho chile powder, old bay seasoning and other unknown ingredients, and smoked in a foil pan. Then there was a recpie for a sauce with franks and the wings were grilled directly and basted with the sauce. Anyone familiar with this? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
