Wife and daughter were out...Just my son and I for dinner.....Time for some "man-food".....Raining out so looked in the freezer.....had some pulled beef that I vac-sealed from an earlier smoke....Hmmmm.....had some oil in the fryer I was looking to use up.....some kielbasa in the fridge.....sooooo.....Cut up the kielbasa into "fries", into an egg wash seasoned with smoked paprika, and breaded with some "shrimp-fry" (hey, it was handy), and into the deep fryer.....Man it was good, belly-rubbin' "man-food"....

kielbasa fries? dang man you are one innovative brethren!!! I LIKE it!
 
wow, those sound amazing. one question tho, do they count as a vegatable?

Now that looks good. I'd call my local ambulance driver over to join me for dinner, just to be safe!
 
I really think you need to send me 1 or ..... 50 of those so I can put them to a taste test! :)
 
Ya know, I love french fries on a hamburger.

I bet those kielbasa fries would have been good on top of the pulled beef sammie with some cole slaw on it.

That is a cool idea. OUTSTANDING!
