First warm cook of the year

It looks like the weather is finally going to cooperate with me and be warm on Saturday while I smoke. The last two times I was smoking it started to snow about 2 hours in. This weekend I am hoping to make some ribs, pulled pork and chicken. I'll try to post some pictures once I'm done. Until then, here is a picture of the ribs I did at the beginning of February.
