Here is a pic of my supper.

Santa Maria seasoned petite sirloin and gamebird and chicken potatoes (with a touch of Zararain's Creole seasoning for added salt since Oakridge rubs are low salt)

I also used a handful of hickory in the bottom/underneath my coals in the Smokey Joe.

I must say this is one magnificent meal! Thanks for looking.

Wish I had some of that. Guess I need to break down and order some Oakridge.


I promise you, you will be very happy with your purchase! Take a few seconds and surf their website. You will see the number of top 10 finishes in comps they earn on a regular basis. (Actually top 5's are more like it) :thumb:
