Phubar's Cedar Planked Salmon,Pesto Pappardelle and Rhubarb Dessert Pron

For starters we had avocado stuPhed tomato's with marinated shrimps.
Avocado contained hollowed out tomato,garlic,shallot,feta,tabasco,lemon juice,salt,pepper.
Shrimps marinated in olive oil,garlic,parsley,lemon juice,paprika powder,salt,pepper.

Main course was ceder planked salmon with pappardelle pesto.
Pesto was homemade.
Salmon was marinated in olive oil,lemon juice,dille,thyme,oregano.

Dessert was rhubarb...I only ate this once about 20 years ago.
Rhubarb and strawberries were marinated in Stroh rum (80%alc.)
We smoked the rhubarb till it got soft,aPhter that we layed them in an oven dish and poured a solution of butter and sugar over it together with the strawberries.
When it was plated we added Greek yoghurt and sprinkled some fine chopped mint leaves and sugar on top.
Best dessert I've made till now!
OPhcourse Padawan was in charge of the dessert,it was her idea of the rhubarb.

Rhubarb is now 1 of my Phavorite desserts next to pineapple...I like that Sour VS Sweet Phlavour.
Ophcourse you have to add enouPh sugar to the rhubarb to cancel out some of that sourness.
