Is this a good deal on a Weber gasser?

I've got a shot at a 2005 Weber Genesis Silver B for $175. It is natural gas, but I can convert it to propane with a new manifold available online for $75. It is in pretty good shape...there is a little bit of a paint burn on the top of the lid, and some light surface rust around the door handle on the bottom. Other than that the outside is pretty clean. The inside is in pretty good shape, but the upper warming rack and drip pan assembly underneath has a fair amount of surface rust on it. Enough that I might consider replacing the drip pan. It has two front fold up shelves. Most models I've seen had only one.

With grill, manifold, and a good cover I'd probably be into it for about $300 - $325. Still a couple hundred less than they sold for new, but if there are better deals to be found, I can wait.

Thoughts?
