bbq equipment? ?!!

I am in the market for a bbq smoker and I have narrowed it down to the southern pride sc 200 and the ole hickory cto. For the people who have actually used this equipment, which of these put out the best product. My background is using a stick burner, so I like my meat to have a deep smoke flavor with a smoke ring. Thanks for your help!!!

Both units are comparable. OH is a better unit as far as getting parts and service.
These units run on gas with wood for FLAVOR. It will be nothing like cooking on a stick burner but with practice and dilligence they both turn out a good product.
I personally go CTO. :wink:

both are great, you can split wood and load and actually turn off the propane if you so desire, the combustion fan will keep the wood going however when you are busy the propane to cover up for lack of fire maintenence id sure nice
