Looks like we might be driving to Franklinton NY at the end of May to drop off my son at his Grandpa;s for the summer. I don't think it;s very close to anybody. Probably take Southern route going up. So turn me on to some good Q-Joints.
 
The biggest town close is Cobleskill, I think a Hamlett ? Whatever in the hell that means.
 
And it looks like your just north of Margareteville.

Maybe Parrothead will be there.

Hays BBQ in Lexington, TN is real good. West TN whole hog BBQ. I'm having some next week when the TN kinfolk come for Spring break. I assume you're gonna route thru Tennessee if you're looking for good Q.
