Chile Relleno Breakfast Pie with Bacon Crust

Great idea, and cook! Do you par boil your potatoes, or put them in raw?
Thank you Josh. No I didn't par boil the potatoes but I probably should have just a little as they were just a little al dente.
I'd eat that for any meal - breakfast, lunch and twice for supper. Really fantastic cook!
