So thanks to Ron_L and a few other guys that I can't think of off the top of my head. Try #3 for ribs went GREAT.

Started with Yardbirds rub and added Stubb's Spicy and Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet sauces while cooking. Unlike me, I didn't add any more sauce once they came off, and woooooooow.

Niiiice! Those are some thin ribs but they look nice! Some more pr0n would be awesome though

Once we started eating there was no time for stopping and taking pics. I could have had more but they were actually pretty meaty
 
I mean thin like the height of them. the ones I purchased are pretty tall, say six inches. But they are St. Louie cut.
