I had a friend visit yesterday from Kansas...It was his first time out to my house, so I wanted to make it special.

Started off with Johnsonville Brats on the pit, always a winning appetizer. And since we would be watching the Packers throttle the Raiders, I thought it only fitting.

Earlier that morning, I put a pack of wings on the Kettle. I prepared them the way I usually do, thought they would make a great second course.

Here are the wings about an hour in, starting to get a bit of color.

Finished product, moist and deeeelicious.

I also put a split rack of beef ribs on the Sm BGE, these were seasoned with Plowboys Bovine Bold (Sorry, no pics of the finished product).

Baby Backs on the Lg BGE...These were rubbed with 3 Eyez on top, Suzie-Q's Santa Maria on the bone side.

I don't usually cook BB's, so I was a bit worried about the outcome...But these turned out awesome.

No special occasion is complete without Dungeness Crab, right?

Just steamed them with some Old Bay sprinkled on, SO good.

The Packers won, you had a friend in town and got to enjoy a killer feast cooked on multiple cookers. I'd say that's a win-win day all around!
