Here's how I spent my day getting ready for the event... and really enjoyed a very good game for a change. Seeing Peyton cheering for Eli made the game to me.

Smofried Wings

Curt, nice looking pupu's! (appetizers) I love ABT'S!
I was waiting for the brother-brother interview, never happened, Peyton let his brother enjoy the ride. Looked like Peyton was standing the whole game.

ok now I need to move between Curt and Rick

Very nice Curt now I am hungry again

Ed, moving between Rick and me would be easy... lots of housing there that's cheap now! :)

I fry them for about 5 minutes. I set the fryer to 375; it drops to about 340 when the food is dropped in. They turn out great; the skin isn't crispy, but it's also not chewy at all.

That look's great Curt, i bet those wing's woulda knocked out this cold i got!!!

I can really smell those wings even though im 10000 miles away :icon_smil

That looks fantastic !

What kind of ham and cheese did you use on these ? Is that a bay leaf (i have no relation on the size...) ?
Wouldnt the cheese melt and drip out of the ham ?

Cheers,

DM

Don, I used a soft Italian cheese... I usually use Asiago, but tried something different, only to forget what it was. The green is basil, and the ham is proscuitto. I stuffed that into fresno peppers for ABTs.

Looks great Curt

BWW has some of the tastiest sauces around Just My Opinion

Dan

Dan, the Nando's sauces are my favorite on chicken... great flavor, and varying degrees of heat. If you haven't tried them, find it at a store or buy it online, but it's worth it.

Looks fantastic. I need to make some of them ham wraps this spring when my basil plants take off.

Bob, they got stuffed into peppers for ABTs... great combination with Fresno peppers.

I missed that detail.......I thought maybe they had been done indirect. What a way to stuff peppers.
I'm a big fan of deep frying wings too. I haven't smofried any yet. Something to try.
