I've got to say this forum is great!!! I'm from the UK and I've been using the forum for the last month to build myself a UDS. Well, it's finally finnished and I'm cooking some boston butt (pork shoulder where I'm from) ribs, beans and corn...and it's nearly ready.
I can't wait to try my first attempt, if it tastes as good as it looks then I'm well happy.
Thanks to everyone for all the usefull posts which have helped me build my smoker.
