looking for a ham rub
Hey folks,
I'm smoking a cured ham for t-day (plus 3 turkeys) looking for a good rub. Probably towards the end of cooking i will put either honey or brown sugar then wrap with foil. any suggestions, maybe a ginger-y or clove kind of thing.
