WHAT?!?!?

It's St. Paddy's day already?

I don't know how I would know when to do anything without Silverfinger's reminders sometimes.

Making corned beef out of the "Charcuterie" book by Ruhlman. I really looking forward to it! :clap2:

Got a corned beef brisket soaking as we speak, so a smoked corned beef pastrami thing will be happening and will most likely make a batch of colcannon to go with it. We'll also have hors de vors, and lots of beer of course.

I plan to cook green beer. I use the term "cook" loosely.

Think I might try some Irish eggrolls. Film at eleven

M-I-L is doing most of the cooking...I'm gonna bring over some ABT's (hey, the pepper's green at least).

Corned beef, cabbage and some taters I am thinking here!
No green beer though.

Corned beef in soaking now. Will be hash Sunday morning. Meeting friends for dinner Sunday night for.. Italian...
