No problem. Just wrap them in a couple of layers of foil and then in a couple of old towels and put the whole wad into a dry cooler. You can preheat the cooler with hot water and then dry it if the cooler is cold. They should stay hot for two hours easily.
 
i always serve fattays at room temp after smoking them at least the day before and cooling in the fridge. but that's just me.
