I'm guessing this has been addressed here somewhere before, but I searched for as long as my ADD-addled mind would allow and couldn't find anything.

I smoked two Bostons today, and thought I'd like to send some of the leftovers to my cousin in Arizona. She just had her first baby, and her husband travels a lot for work, so I thought she could use a meal or two. I'm wondering what is the best method for shipping something like this. I have it vacuum sealed; do I just find a small styrofoam cooler and shove a ton of ice packs in it and tape it shut? Is dry ice the way to go, and if so is there anything I need to know about it (I've never used dry ice before)? Any shipping regulations I need to be aware of? As always, thanks for your input!
