just got some SM Pecan and was wondering what kind of protien to try it out on first. also what kind of sauce you like with it? need some opinions.:biggrin1:

We like that on chicken and pork chops. No sauce needed. And you don't have to be super heavy handed.
Definitely pork ~ I haven't tried it on chicken, I'll have to try that. Sauce? We don't need no stinkin' sauce!

I love the pecan rub on fatties. There are better rubs though for other cuts of pork.
I too use it on ribs and butts. Excellent!
