After reading probably every stuffed pork loin post on here....
(guess I am going to have to read how to post pictures properly)
Not shown was mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

I did not mention it before but it was smoked over apple and cherry and all I can say is wood begets wood.:icon_smile_tongue:
