Yo, Brethren:
The season is neigh upon us for smoking Holiday meals. I have a few family, friends & neighbors that are inquiring as to the cost and I have no idea what to say. Got an idea, let's hear it? - I'm all ears!

Some Brethren will say charge 2-3 times the cost of the meat but ultimately you need to figure what cooking for the day will cost you.

Wood, coal, seasonings, foil, & most of all your time. It all costs.

Lol,Come on now,you cant make money cookin for a family holiday.

I know that. I'm talkin about the others...
I know I was refering to what the other guy said.If I were you I would count heads fairly early, figure out what your cooking and guestimate how much you need then make a educated guess on how much everything is gonna cost.

Normally when I make big holiday meals I say it's gonna cost bout 100 bucks for 20 people but it normally cost bout 150 and I end up with way too much food:-D
