We BBQ!

Start of tonight's bbq - two nekkid fattys. One is JD Sage rubbed with Willy's Number One-Derful rub and the other is an unrubbed JD Maple. Gonna make some buttermilk biscuits in the morning and have the JD maple as part of a breakfast feast.

While SWMBO is away i've got spatchcock chicken and dutch oven buttermilk mac & cheese planned for tomorrow afternoon. I might need some suggestions for Sunday's BBQ. Any ideas brethren.....?

Well......here it is. Pulled at 162 and rested to 165. I swear, between the BBQ'ing and the Gaelic Ale I will have to go on a serious diet next week. In the mean time, does anyone reckon it's a sin for one person to eat a whole fatty?
