I love this on the uds.

Got the lump going.

Pizza ready to go on.

Is this lump any good?

Can't wait to see how it turns out.

I like TJs briqs for smoking. They're relatively low ash and burn for a while. They tend to crumble so I use them primarily with the MM.

Thanks, they are on sale now.

Might pick up more.

Love it Adam!!! Right on the grate...i don't need no stinking pizza stone! lol

Wow. Pizza, BBQ, and UDS. I think you hit a trifecta.

That looks outta sight. :thumb:

I see you're in PA. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get Trader Joe charcoal? I didn't know we had Trader Joe's in PA.

Thanks.

I got it in State College. It just opened last year.

I like the charcoal, Burns very clean and no weird smells or taste.

The UDS is the perfect pizza cooker... I don't think many know how good it works. You can cook from 225-250 to 350-400 and they turn out the same with nice crispy crust and NO pizza stone required!

You definitely don't need any smoking wood just some good charcoal.

No smoking wood, just the Trader Joes hardwood charcoal.

Wow! Chicken pizza. Very creative. At first I thought it was pork. Man I'll bet that was good.
