Ugggg! Ended drinking too much with my buddy last night guy don't usually drink. So shrimp had to wait till tonight.
It didn't go so well. Made a farkin mess out of my deep fryer. I don't know what I was thinking. Instead of dropping the shrimp in the oil I sat them in the basket.








I'm normally the deep fryer king but this was a epic fail!!
Wife said it tasted great while 16yr old turned on the oven for a frozen pizza because they weren't perfect
