To me this is complete madness. It is my conviction that fresh herbs are always better than dry rubs.

Todd's DIRT is messing with this conviction big time. I wanted to have a showdown between Todd's DIRT and my best fresh herb mix and I did,....

Great video and a really good comparison. I must admit I do like the Dirt. Got a people's Choice for my Chili a few years back using the Dirt, bayou style
 
Everything's better with Dirt. Use that without my permission Todd and you'll be hearing from my hord of attorneys. :razz:
