Anyone cooking this contest? Large crowds in the past, can get hot. For us, its our hometown contest, looking forward to it. We will be there early Friday morning.

What did they do with the electric for this year? That's why I had to back out last year...

Oc pig assassins will here here friday morning. We will also be vending as Jacked UP BBQ.

To my knowledge, so far this year, electric is a non issue, no extra fees, and will be supplied with the regular entry fee.
But, theres still time! :-D:-?:shock:
 
We have a chili cook-off, so we won't be there. Next year for sure. Good luck to all Brethren!
 
I just sent my entry form and $$ today. Wonder if they'll let me use my little 16" trailer and if there's enough juice to run a small a/c?
