Bistec encebollado con calabacitas con elote

Here's a cook that my mother would make for the family when I was growing up.
I wish I had documented this little better but next time I do this I will get better pics.

Here we go....

Started with thin cut top round. Seasoned with garlic salt and black pepper.

Got 2 onions and 4 jalapeños with a little oil.

After the meat was grilled I cut it up into strips and put it with the onions and let them get happy for a 10 min or so.

Then got my other CI and fried up 1/4 onion chopped onion, 2 jalapeño. Then added the zucchini and corn let them be happy for a few min then added cheese and 2 tomatoes.
