i did my first spatchcock chicken today, turned out amazing!!! super juice from my brine, just a simple salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder brine. rubbed down with my rub, smoked for two and a half hours at 350ish, using charcoal to get started followed by straight hickory chunks. my wife said it was the best chicken ive done, and i think shes right!!! thanks for the help and thanks for looking!
