After all the talk about tri tips, I finally found some at Sams today. $2/lb. I picked up 2, about 10 lbs each.

Picked up some butts and a meat grinder.

Going to try my hand at making bologna and sausage using the seasonings from Hi Mountain Jerky.

Also got some more buckboard bacon cure in and going to season up 2 more butts.
