Was going to make it burger Sunday but the wife suggested Loco Moco so I figured why not since it's one of my faves

Defrosted some chuck that I had ground a few weeks ago and put it on the little weber while prepping the brown gravy. Egg could've been runnier and not enough gravy for both of us but overall turned out good.

Maybe one of the Hawaiian bretheren can weigh in :wink: I've had it there with spam, Portuguese sausage, chili and bacon in addition to the beef patty :twisted:
 
Ok, so I get my shopping list right, it looks like rice, a burger patty, a fried egg, some brown gravy, and some scallion onions?
 
Looks good. Can ya give us some details? I'd look it up, but I dont have a "google" button on my computer.
