Roast beef cook

This is my try at deli type of roast beef.

Using Humphreys lump charcoal with hickory and apple wood chunks.

Have a little 3lb rolled rump roast.





Seasoned with SPOG.





Threw on a 1/2 rack of loin ribs on for supper.



They fit nice in my mini.



Stay tuned.
 
For a moment there I thought you were going to wrap the ribs around the beef. :wink:

Ribs are getting close. Will put some sweet baby rays on soon.
 
Ribs look great brother...i'll be tuned in for when you do the beef slice!
 
Bed? No. I pulled at 150. It is very juicy. Cant wait too slice.
 
Do you have a meat slicer or do by hand? I usually take mine to this deli I know who slices it for me.
 
Wow those ribs look good.. nice job glazing them. I love Sweet Baby Ray's on mine as well :)

Really juicy ribs! I think I am gonna try leaving the membrane on one day :)
