I've got about 13 pounds of beef ribs in the fridge for Saturday.

Couple racks of baby backs for one day, chicken wings for the other, but the forecast is rainy for me and I may punk out and use the gas grill.

I started early.

Have a relatively high heat brisket going on now.

About 10 lbs. 280-300 deg. so far 4 hours in.

Foiled now the probe is at 204 in the point but it isn't butter tender yet.

Saturday night some 1'' pork chops and italian sausage stuffed peppers.. i am really looking forward to the meal since my stuffed peppers are good and these pork chops look incredible.

Beef Short Ribs were $2.63/lb at Restaurant Depot, compared to $6.99/lb at Whole Foods! I bought a 16lb cryovac, so I'll split that into four packs and freeze three. I'm just cooking for me and my wife, so 4 pounds should do it (1 for her and 3 for me :grin
