Dr. BBQ wing recipe - didn't happen

This cook didn't happen because no pics. However, the dry rub wing recipe from Dr Q's NFL cookbook is excellent. These were the best wings I've never had.:grin: If you don't have this cookbook, you need to get it. No, I'm not getting a commission.:roll: One thing, though, the spices may turn a little black on the grill. They didn't taste burnt, just looked a little dark. Another home run Doc.
