Last time I went to Sam's in Katy, all they had in the display case were shoulders. I asked one of the guys if they had any butts and he said they had plenty of them but they must have all been picked up out of the cooler. He asked how many I wanted and I said 6. He said if you buy a case you get 8 and the price is the same as 6 singles, so I got a case, used 6 for a church dinner and the other two are in reserve in the freezer. They were all right between 8 - 9 pounds with good lean/fat ratios.
