I've been working on my IBCA chicken. What do you guys think about this appearance? Wing tip a little burnt but otherwise I think it came out pretty good looking.

I don't know much about the whole competition thing, but it sure looks pretty to me. The only thing I was wondering, do they (the judges) like a nice shiney glaze?

Color looks good it might be the lighting but the glaze is splochy

I am liking the PBC for chicken. Took a couple tries but getting it dialed in now.

My ribs didn't come out quite as good as normal. I tried a new rub and I will definitely go back to my old rub and sauce.

Yeah, I know it's spares. Just had these BB at the house, this was more for chicken practice.

Chicken doesn't look bad. As was said previously, glaze is a bit inconsistent. The skin pulled up some on the thigh on the bottom in the second pic. Pin it down before you put it on the cooker or cover it with glaze. I can tell you this, it looks better than 50% of the entries I see getting turned in... Good luck!
