I have a couple different kind of rubber gloves but neither can stand the heat near the grill.

What do you guys use for gloves?
I saw a vendor using some blue gloves that seemed much more durable I should have asked him.

If you have a restaurant supply store near by, stop in a look around.... that is where I found mine... a little pricey, but well worth it.....

Harbor Freight. Black Nitrile gloves. They hold of nicely when working with the meat on the smoker and you have to quickly move things around. 9mil thick.

If I am working with large cuts of hot meats like briskets and pork shoulders, say when foiling or putting into the cambro, I use these. Also nice for tossing logs into the firebox too.

I got the blue Butterballs off Amazon for $10. They work fine.
