Do you sauce them afterwards or just eat them dry?

I for one don't sauce ribs, or anything else for that matter. I haven't figured out if it's because it doesn't need it, if it's more healthy, or if I'm just a lazy basitge. It's most likely the last one.
 
Another couple of ideas is SM Pecan (right now my favorite) or go wild and mix SM Sweet Seduction (peach & honey) with SM Sweet and Spicy.

All are great on ribs.
 
Just got my first shipment. Can't wait to use them.
