Windy City BBQ Classic Sept 1 - Looking for judges - competition experience required, MBN or KCBS

The email bounced back to me. Said it was undeliverable.
 
I wonder if the judges get the same deal when judging is over as the paying customers? There are 3 levels of visitor entry.

I know it isn't KCBS sanctioned, but it seemed like a lot of fun last year, and it was hard to resist competing this year given the location. There is a proclamation, so I guess it counts for a Jack bung. Not sure about the Royal.

Should be a great weekend! LOTS of good beer!
 
How do you know it qualifies for the Jack?
