Hi Brethren,
I ground this yesterday to make burgers with. It was going to be a mix of different meats actually. I have not mixed them yet.
This meat I bought at Sams Club as a reduced price because of the expiration date so I brought it home and put it in the freezer.

It looks good but does not smell right.

What to do? Toss or cook?

That's the smell of regret. The regret of wasting some good short ribs. :mrgreen:
