Did 14 pork butts today. Took a quick shot of the smoker after I took the first 4 off. I've done 22 pork butts in the last week and a half. I think I'm ready to switch up and do some ribs!

Getting ready to do about 150 MOINK Balls and some Atomic Tater Tots.

We will be vending eventually... but right now we are just starting up/practicing and we have lots of family and friends that love our BBQ! Their demands are keeping us rather busy!

Sad part is, I actually had to turn down some request this weekend because I ran out room in the smoker :tsk:
