I can't believe I am going to do this but I am going to enter my first comp (in the backyard division).
I am NOT the creative type and would like some help with a team name. I have been a teacher and still work for a school system in an administrative position. The Gator in my posting name came from going to University of Florida and being a lifelong Gator fan. I like NASCAR and am certainly Southern. I know that is not much to go on... but it's all I can think of. Here are my not so creative first stabs:

Smoke in the Swamp BBQ (the Swamp is what they call Florida Field)
Lit the Pit Drank a Bit
Gator's Pig Stop BBQ
