Fired up ol' RED today for lunch

tossed on some scrawny beef ribs

Seasoned with LoneStar Rub and pecan wood for smoke.
They were yummy.

Then after the Badgers kicked Boilerbutt, I got supper ready.
Started with whole Yukons and turbinado dusted halved acorn squash...

...then grilled a coupla beer-apple juiced brined porterhouse pork chops...

Then half-inch sliced eggplant and brushed on a mixture of EVOO,
balsamic vin, minced garlic, S&P and a pinch of each thyme, basil and oregano...
plopped it on the hot grill 'bout 6-7 minutes a side.

And supper was served.

Grilled Eggplant is Great Stuff and the oil-garlic-balsamic mixture is fan-tabulous!
And the grilled acorn squash is unbeatable!
