We had a great time competing here this weekend. Congrats to all who got calls & walks and thanks to all of the great people we me, can't wait for next year!

My only regret is we haven't been here before. OK I regret the double 23rd places (ribs and pork), but what can you do? Great venue, people, the lowest entry fee I've paid all year with free ice, water, and electric and an awards ceremony that is almost as long as the American Royal! Memo to certain other organizers: this is how you run a competition.

Free Ice and indoor plumbing was pretty awesome. Congrats to al who walked. Good Job by Fire and Spice, good weekend for them.

A fun weekend for sure, never thought id sweat that much in october! What great weather!

Flying porkers rocked it, and 2 first places for Hawg Nation, calls for Sal, christmas city, Badlands BBQ great job by Brisket burners!

All great people, I just wish i felt a bit better and could have walked around a bit more and (visited).. So many people i wanted to meet and just ran out of time.

Ohh and a free movie, loved that part!!!!

what a blast seeing friends do so well, Hawg Nation and Fire and Spice(SAMMY!) congrats and well done! a really nice event. we had tons of space even with 50+ teams and seemed very well organized. It was great being next to Black Cat and seeing the Monkeys (Pepper Monkey).

Just wanted to point out that you will see Appalachian American BBQ on the score sheet, but we were BROTHERS IN ARMS BBQ at this event. We changed our name for this event with organizer after originally entering as Appalachian American. We were very pleased with this weekends event and shocked when we heard our named called for 2nd place Best Legs in Town.

We finished 16 overall and I was thinking of trying to blame the stink bugs getting in the smokers for the low scores, but, naw..... We know what went wrong.

I had the pleasure of camping next to Rockn' Robyn at Southern York, great experience!

Congrats to all that were called. We wish we could have been there.

Awesome time as always in Harrisburg.

This is our final comp for the season and we had such a great time this year getting to know so many fine people.

Finally people are realizing we aren't crazy! Granted, it's just a good event in a parking lot .... but we've been saying for years that this is our favorite competition to attend ... Congrats to everyone who heard their name. I'm pretty sure this is the first competition we've turned in NINE entries .... It wore us out, but we had a great time.

We just started competing this year & this was, by far, the best run event we've been to. Thanks to everyone responsible for putting it together, running it, & volunteering. Thanks to everyone that contributed to the goody bags. We're definitely coming back next year. Congratulations to everyone that got the call.
