@ dmprantz... thanks for the input. I currently have a homemade vertical offset smoker, and love it. (if u look on my profile there are a few pics of it) The only prob with it is that it is of a thinner metal and is VERY tempermental in cooler temps. So that is why I was looking at the Yoder Stockton or building one very similar.
