I sliced chicken breasts into some resembalance of Chicken Tenders, seasoned them with my own version of a Poultry Rub, plus a little Chili Powder. Then wrapped bacon seasoned with Pork Rub. These were smoked with Maple...

For the legs I used Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt and poultry rub. These were smoked with Cherry....

I may be to close to Mexico... But I think it all looks great, I think. Nothing there...:rolleyes::-D:rolleyes:
 
It's magic, I can see it now. That looks great! I like any kind of chicken.

Yep, it's magic! No Dave, the OL nor the Kids helped, which is why it took several attempts to make it work I"m sure... And the leg racks are great, trouble is the kids are going to have to start doing without a few things so that I can buy all the toys I "need".:wink:
