The recipe I used for the Squash is here. http://www.generationyfoodie.com/2012/09/stuffed-delicata-squash.html The recipe for the Cilantro Sour Cream is here http://www.food.com/recipe/cilantro-lime-cream-sauce-28058 The Red Pepper puree was just that - I put them on my gasser until the outsides were black then put then in a paper bag to steam. After maybe 10 minutes I pulled them out, stripped off the outside skin and put them in the food processor.
